TEN-WEEKS EASA B1.1 PILOT PROJECT
We are proud to announce that we have completed successfully our pilot project CAT B1.1, In the fall of 2024. We carried out this project for two KLM technicians from South America. Both has passed all their modules. Our success relies mainly on the fact that we speak fluent English, Spanish, Dutch and our native language Papiamentu. This year we continued and in May we had another three from Panama and Ecuador. We are planned to continue with this project depending on the demand. SUSTAINABLE PROPULSION COURSE
- Course is done in coordination with "ROC van Amsterdam"
- It is a special course approve by the department of education, with the reference number K1436, MBO 4.
- Practical part and assignment is being carried out in Lelystad NL
- This training is included in the 2.5 years B1 course.
- PLANNED STARTING NEXT COURSE MARCH 2027

EXTRA PROJECTS
In the last quartal of 2025, we, AMTS Bonaire assisted Mr. Timo Jansen an apprentice from "Hoge school van Amsterdam" in investigating key maintenance activity on drones in our environment and their relation to the local rules for maintenance (EASA) . Mr. Timo Jansen was stationed at the local hospital, "Fundashon Mariadal" .
